These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bot Memo's website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Bot Memo provides AI-powered funding intelligence reports priced at $20 each, along with free newsletter and research content. Reports are digital products delivered electronically upon purchase.
2. Accounts
To purchase reports, you must create an account using Google or LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Payments
Reports are priced at $20 each and processed as one-time payments via Stripe. All sales are final. No refunds are offered, as reports are digital products delivered immediately.
4. Content & Usage
Reports are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the contents of any report without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, research, branding, and materials on Bot Memo, excluding third-party trademarks and data where applicable, are owned by or licensed to Bot Memo and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the services, attempt to interfere with their operation, access them through unauthorized means, or use the reports or content in violation of applicable law.
7. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
8. Accuracy & Disclaimer
All data and analysis are provided on an "as-is" basis. Bot Memo does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Bot Memo provides informational content only and does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Our content should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot Memo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution / Venue
The courts of the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services.
